If you feel like you’ve over indulged this Christmas and New Year then come along with your kids on Friday the 14th when we’ll be holding our annual Family Fitness Day.
We’ll start the class with an aerobic warm up to help your body get ready to work. We’ll then move on to some stretches, using postures that we practice every day in Aikido, to help you get lose and relaxed.
In the class we will play some calorie burning games like dodge ball and team relay races, with the added twist of kids versus adults! There will be some pad work where you and your child will work together on some punching combos. And we’ll run through some classic exercises with advice on how to get the most from each movement.
The class will also include dietary advice and we will be handing out some calendars that will help you to track your daily intake and check your progress.
The event is open to non students and families. Age group 4 – 6 or Little Dragons training time is 4.30 pm – 5.00pm age 7+ or Juniors and Cadets 5.00pm – 6.00pm at the
