Self Defence Open House
All classes on Friday will be given over to self defence training, this includes Juniors and Cadets, as well as looking at the usual curriculum content we will also be looking at some more unusual and interesting things. From Juniors to Adults bring along friends and family to participate. After the last class of the day we will meet at the Chestnut pub for a social.
Saturday will see the end of the current junior S.W.A.T. course. They have an exciting end of course team build waiting for them in the form of a military style hostage extraction exercise hosted by a serving member of the Royal Marines.
The auction will take place at 5.45 on Thursday 24th. Spend all that hard earned aiki yen. If you need to earn a little more then make sure you bring a friend, both you and your friend will be given extra yen to spend. Also bring your friend along in time to take part in the class at 5.00. The event should end around 6.30. We are still accepting more prizes if you have any unwanted items at home.
