Shudokan Black Belt Academy wins another award.

The annual EFC summit held in the USA is the largest single gathering of Martial Arts school owners and instructors in the world. Martial arts from across the spectrum are represented from the USA, Canada, Puerto Rico, UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. Literally thousands of people gather to share ideas and best practices. Each year a handful of awards are given out to recognise the work and efforts of an elite few, who excel at what they do and who truly stand for the spirit of Martial Arts.

I am both delighted and very proud to announce that Matt Thurman of the Shudokan Black Belt Academy here in Nottingham was singled out as one of the few, and was awarded “The most inspiring instructor of 2012” The citation reads “You are appreciated not only because you are an exemplary instructor, but because you actively help students develop integrity and character.”

Congratulations Matt the award is well deserved. Proving yet again our commitment to providing the very best in Aikido tuition and students service.
