Just a quick reminder of the upcoming events in the near future.

Charity Firewalk

Thursday 24th October. 18:30.

Feel empowered, increase your confidence, have a great evening AND raise money for charity. What could be better? The motivational seminar at 18:30 is completely free and all are welcome to participate. If you are walking we ask that you add £20 to the donation to Clic Sargent.

Urban Safety and Awareness Session

Fridat 25th October. 18:30.

We want you to be able to enjoy going out this Winter. We also want you to be safe. If you want this things then join us for our Urban safety class where we head outdoors to practice the stratagies and techniques required to stay safe.

Bonfire and Firework Safety

Wednesday 30th October. 17:15.

Every year we hear about children and even adults being injured during Bonfire Night festivities and we want to help prevent furthar accidents. We are hosting Nottingham Fire Service for a presentation on how to enjoy your celebrations and stay safe. All comers welcome. Students, no need to wear your Gi.


Thursday 31st October. All day.

We will be closed on this date. No classes will run and the shutters will be down. If you would miss your class make sure you get your catch up!

Halloween Party

Friday 1st November. Kids class times.

Dragons, 16:30 – 17:00. Juniors/Cadets, 17:15 – 18:15. Piniata! Fun! Piniata! New Games!  And did I mention Piniata? There will be prizes for the best costumes, and the most evil laugh. Come along and bring friends, if you bring a guest you will be at the front of the queue for taking a swing at the piniata (oops said it again)

Ladies’ Self Defence Class

Friday 29th November. 18:30.

We take great pride in our self defence courses and we know we deliver high quality  tuition in personal safety stratagies and techniques. One of the areas we take very seriously is Ladies’ Safety and so we would like to invite you to join us for our Ladies’ Self Defence Class.
