Family Fitness Day
Saturday 11th January, 10:30-11:30
Parents get on the Mat! We will be demoing our new fitness class for parents, its a half hour class and it’s going to be loads of fun! If you are interested in getting fit in a fun, social environment that is pushchar friendly then these classes will be perfect for you! The classes, once we launch them, will after school drop off time so you can get rid of the big kids and you are welcome to bring the smalls to class with you!

We are running another of our brilliant board breaks this month. It is a must f you’re running up against challenges in your life, or if you have set yourself a goal for the New Year! Make sure you get on the mat for this!
We will be running an Auction for the Juniors & Cadets at the end of Februry. So we NEED PRIZES!
Bring in old toys and games and we will reward you with Aiki-Yen 😀
